Shipping Policy

Putt 4 Bogey makes every reasonable effort to process and ship orders in a timely manner.

  • Order Processing
    Orders are generally processed and shipped within two (2) business days after receipt of a completed order and successful payment authorization. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays.

  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option selected by the customer during checkout and will be displayed prior to order completion.

  • Carrier Selection and Delivery
    Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond Putt 4 Bogey's control.

  • Carrier Substitution Rights
    Putt 4 Bogey reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the shipping carrier and/or service level selected at checkout when such substitution provides an equivalent or improved delivery service and is advantageous to the customer. Any such substitution will be made at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Tracking Information
    When available, tracking information will be provided following shipment of the order.

  • Limitation of Liability
    Putt 4 Bogey shall not be responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or other shipping issues caused by third-party carriers, events of force majeure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Return Policy

At Putt 4 Bogey, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible merchandise may be returned subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Return Period
Customers may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the item was delivered.

  1. Return Authorization Required
    Prior to returning any merchandise, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number from Putt 4 Bogey. Return requests must be submitted by email to Brian.Lewis@putt4bogey.com. Requests should include the order number and reason for the return.

  2. Unauthorized Returns
    Returns received without a valid RA Number may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

  3. Condition of Returned Merchandise
    Returned items must be received in substantially the same condition as originally delivered and, whenever possible, in the original packaging. Putt 4 Bogey reserves the right to deny a refund or assess a partial refund for merchandise that is damaged, altered, excessively worn, or otherwise deemed unsellable.

  4. Return Shipping Costs
    The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping charges, including any applicable insurance, tracking, or carrier fees.

  5. Refund Processing
    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
